Pricing questions
How do you work out my monthly fee?
It depends on how much there is to do: how many bills, staff, companies and bank accounts you have, and which reports you want. After our first conversation we send you a fixed monthly price.
What's the minimum fee?
$750 a month + GST.
Is invoicing my customers included?
Sending your invoices and following up customers who haven't paid are part of the Department package and above. They're not in Core.
Is software included?
Xero is charged on your invoice at a clear rate. Payroll is charged per employee per month. We set up the other apps as part of getting started.
How long is the agreement?
12 to 36 months, with a 90-day termination clause. Your fee is fixed for the first 12 months, then reviewed once a year.
What if my books are behind?
We quote the catch-up work as a fixed fee before we start, so there are no surprises.
What about work outside my package?
We quote it before we start. Bigger jobs, like a bank loan application or a financial model, are quoted as a fixed fee.
Is CFO advice available?
Yes, to every client. It covers big decisions like expanding, borrowing, pricing and how your business is set up. We agree the scope and cost before any work starts.
