How it works
- Finish the month
Early each month we bring everything in and match it to the bank.
- Check it
We look for anything that doesn't look right before you see it.
- Review it
A second person checks the work.
- Report it
You get your report on the agreed day, and we can talk you through it.
Who it suits
Owners who want to know each month how the business is going, and businesses whose bank or investors ask for monthly figures.
Common questions
How is this different from my tax return?
Your tax return looks back at last year. A monthly report shows how the business is going now, while you can still do something about it.
Can I see each venue or site separately?
Yes. We set up your books so each venue, site or department has its own profit and loss.
Will my tax accountant still do my tax return?
Yes. We lodge your BAS during the year and give your accountant tidy books at the end of it. They keep the tax return and tax planning.
What does the report look like?
A short pack. The key numbers are on page one, the detail is behind it, and there are a few lines explaining what moved.
