How it works

  1. You tell us what to bill

A quick message, a job sheet or a sales report is enough.

  2. We send the invoice

It goes out from your Xero account, with your branding and payment details.

  3. We track payments

As money comes in we match it to the invoice.

  4. We follow up

Late payers get reminders, then a call. Anything stuck comes back to you to decide.

Who it suits

Businesses that invoice customers on account: contractors, wholesalers, producers and service businesses that are owed money at any one time.

Common questions

Is this included in the Core package?

No. Invoicing and following up unpaid invoices are part of the Department package and above.

Will you be pushy with my customers?

No. We're polite and professional, and we follow the approach you're comfortable with. Anything sensitive comes back to you first.

Do you use a debt collector?

No. We follow up as part of your team. If a debt needs to go further, we'll tell you and you decide.

How do I tell you what to bill?

Whatever works for you: an email, a job sheet, a sales export or access to your job system.
